An Express Car Wash Monthly Wash Club is a monthly car wash plan that gives you monthly car washes (up to once a day) for a low monthly price. You pick the plan that’s right for you. For your convenience, your credit card will be charged every month on your anniversary date. The more you wash, the more you save.
How do I sign up for the Express Car Wash Monthly Wash Club?
It’s easy to sign up online or at the pay station at any Express Car Wash Location
For online sign up follow this steps:
First, register and confirm your email address. Second, enter your vehicle’s plate (NOTE: exclude stacked letters, spaces and dashes. Please, no temporary plates or plate covers are allowed) and enter your billing information (credit card information). Third, select the wash package that best suits you. Lastly, look for an email confirmation of your sign up. Once you receive the sign up confirmation, your membership is ready to use. That’s it!

How do I pay for my Express Car Wash Monthly Wash Club?
You use a credit or debit card. The credit or debit card you used when you first signed up for your Express Car Wash Monthly Wash Club will be billed every 30 days from your anniversary date (the day you originally signed up) until you cancel.
Do I need a windshield sticker, special app on my phone, or any kind of plastic card?
Nope! We made it extra convenient. No windshield stickers, app, or special cards are needed. Your license plate is all that’s needed. We use License Plate Recognition software to identify you as an Express Car Wash Monthly Wash Club member when you pull up to the car wash gate. When you pull up, it gives the choice to upgrade your wash for that visit or choose “No Upgrade” and then the gate will automatically open, and you’ll be on your way to a great wash.
Why do we use license plate recognition (LPR) instead of the typical windshield Sticker?
We want this to be as easy as possible. With LPR no one needs to enter your vehicle to affix any kind of sticker to your windshield. Also, we’ve found it to be much more reliable.
How often can I wash my vehicle?
You can wash up to once a day, every day of the week or as often as you like! The more you wash, the more you save!
Where can I use my Express Car Wash Club plan?
Your wash club membership is valid at all Express Car Wash Locations during regular business hours.
If I buy an Express Car Wash Monthly Club Online, how do I use it?
We made it easy. When you purchase an Express Car Wash Monthly Wash Club online, your plan is immediately activated in our system. When you pull up to the car wash gate, our license plate recognition software automatically recognizes your vehicle, gives the choice to upgrade your wash for that visit or choose “No Upgrade” and opens the gate. Your license plate is all that’s needed. No stickers!
For how many vehicles is my Express Car Wash Monthly Wash Club good for?
Your Express Car Wash Monthly Club is good for one vehicle only. Each vehicle needs to have its own Express Car Wash Monthly Club.
How do I change the plate of my vehicle?

Click on green button on the top right of page marked "Sign Up"
choose: "Yes, verify my club information with the information on file."
Change Verify my club information to "Plate" instead of "RFID Tag #"
fill out all the boxes and click "Continue Sign Up"
click on "My Account"
Scroll down and click on "Vehicles"
Here you can edit and add vehicles
How do I change the credit card charged for my club?

Click on green button on the top right of page marked "Sign Up"
choose: "Yes, verify my club information with the information on file."
Change Verify my club information to "Plate" instead of "RFID Tag #"
fill out all the boxes and click "Continue Sign Up"
click on "My Account"
Scroll down and click on " Card on file"
Here you can delete, add and choose which card to be billed
The website is saying my new card is invalid.
It might be because your card expires in 2030 or later but the program thinks you're inputting 1930 making it expired already.
The 2029 Rule:
The default setting in many programs is to interpret two-digit years as being within the 1900s if they are 30 or greater. For example, "30" is interpreted as 1930, "29" as 2029, and "31" as 1931.
You can delete all cards in your account. That will prompt you to update your card on file at the kiosk on your next visit which doesn't have this issue.
